im here for understand how work advor ?

my idea ,was advor is a mask for me to know ip for other peer
and allow it and give it my real ip
or block it and he never have my ip.

im french ,and authority start to be harder torrent,p²p ....
im using advor for blacklist some ip without they can know my.

but i talk in french board ,
and some admin / mod ,say me that's not work like that.
