HeXHub Plugins ⋅ Blacklist 2.01

Binary and source archive with PeerGuardian's blacklist and Public Proxy blacklist. This version can also ban blacklisted users in firewall. It registers a command !blacklist which will show users from your hub that are in blacklist and why.
