If you really want to use uTorrent with AdvOR you should set it to use AdvOR as an HTTP proxy and you should also intercept uTorrent.exe because it doesn't always use your proxy settings.
If you don't want to hide your entire traffic but only want to hide your IP from a tracker you use, you can uncheck the option to use proxies for p2p connections.
