AdvOR ⋅ AdvOR fails to extend circuits (2nd/3rd hops remain closed)…

Hi RoLex, thanks 4 your amazing work.

I think AdvOR needs an update. It hasn't been working well for the past few weeks. Although the program fetches all the updated certificates successfully, it fails to build 2-hop and 3-hop circuits, so the connection keeps terminating.
