Hublist ⋅ Pinger Help re: min share size
Hi,
Just wondering if the pinger can ping a hub that has a 500gb min share limit or does it get redirected?
How can I get around this problem?
I am currently using Flexhub

Re: Pinger Help re: min share size
Which hub are we talking about? I can set custom share size per hub. Second solution is to register pinger with higher class in your hub and permit it to bypass share restrictions. Choose what is best for you and let me know.

Hiya RoLexHub ID: 4187 _==[Mixxy's Burrow .....
I dont know how the pingers work at all so I am just guessing. Finding any detailed information on the little details of most "windows" hub setups is like trying to find hens teeth as most are now no longer supported :(
I think this is what I have to change in Flexhub
["tHubLists"] = {
["iPingerLevel"] = 8,
["MinInterval"] = 900,
Have changed to
["tHubLists"] = {
["iPingerLevel"] = 3,
["MinInterval"] = 300,
and set the settings for that profile level to not look at sharesize
Is that right?
It would be nice to be able to set something with my hub that is acceptable for all pingers as some pingers use varying usernames etc
Cheers,

Re: Pinger Help re: min share size
Hiya RoLex,*UPDATE*
It is all fixed now.
Those other commands seem to be for me reporting the hub to hublists and I found the proper profile for pingers and have removed limits from that profile ;)
Seems to be working
Thanks for your help again :)

Re: Pinger Help re: min share size
Well 1 pinger is getting through so maybe not fixed :(Perhaps that pinger has a larger sharesize
:(
Re: Pinger Help re: min share size
First you said that you allowed pingers to bypass share limit. The next thing you say is that one pinger has too large share to enter the hub. How can that be? Either they have right to bypass share limit or they don't. There is no logic in what you say.
