To answer your question:

It means that your client flooded our hub with $MyINFO command, your client sent 21 out of 32 allowed commands during a period of 60 seconds. That is very big problem your client have. Normal clients don't send new $MyINFO more often than once every minute. Please check if your client have any known bugs, try to update or replace your client.
