2026-03-26 07:29	Guest	Rules of perfection aren't too hard to understand... share comics, anything you download needs to be reshared and don't "repack" (ie, don't change the files you share, which alters their TTH fingerprint). If you use a cataloguing system that adds metadata into a comic archive (like Comicrack), you may need to keep an "untouched" version of the original files to share. Its the most common reason people fall afoul of the rules there I think.

It was part of a chain of hugs going back more than 20 years to zkoobgpr, including seventh heaven and chaos wasteland, now all sadly defunct. I do hope someone else decides to take up where Evans leaves off and continue the cycle, I will definitely show up to help if someone does. Until then, I'm in comicshack/perfection and will look to dig out and add to my share for any refugees who come looking. Thanks for the good times Evans.

As I have been away from the net a couple of years, I just returned and noticed that when I try to connect to Epsilon I get this timeout message. I can connect to other hubs that I'm member on and I have tried some random public too, which I can connect. Not sure what might be the problem. Thanks in advanced for any help.

I'm still pretty new to DC so if I broke a rule or didn't have something setup properly it was entirely accidental. I do use a VPN so I'm not sure if that may have been the problem.

When I got here I noticed the address was different so I change and still got same timeout message. 2019-09-09 04:42	Shugotenshi	It has been over two months without any further response to my issue. I have been able to connect to other DC hubs without as much as hint of an error. At this point, I'm just asking you to check to make sure that you're not blocking my IP address by accident. Seeing as though no one has ever contacted me about any problems, I want to make sure that it's not on your end. I have gone through and tried every possible setting from DC++, to my Windows Firewall, to my router configuration. I just desire to reconnect to your hub and I'm out of ideas as to why I can't connect. Thank you...

2019-06-17 03:44	Shugotenshi	@ RoLex The last time that I was able to successfully connect was on the 3rd of June. My public IP address changed on the 6th of June due to a short, unexpected outage. I tried to reconnect again 2 days after that and have been unable to connect since.

Strangely, I've been able to connect to other hubs, ones I've just just connected to at random. Epsilon Station seems to be the only one that I can't get to and I'd like very much to get back. If anyone can give any insight as to what might be the problem, I would happily appreciate it.
